Update: Read all about what it's like to try FaceGym's first L.A. facial workout studio.
Remember FaceGym, the London-bred facial workout haven that's slated to hop over to our side of the pond soon? We can officially confirm that the skincare studio's first L.A. location is slated to open at 1 Hotel West Hollywood in September, although a final date has yet to be set.
The brand is known for its non-invasive facelift massages that incorporate such skin-boosting methods such as kneading and pinching movements, electric muscle stimulation devices, contouring with gua shua crystal tools, and more. Pricing ranges from $70 for a 30-minute Signature service to $90 for the 40-minute detoxifying Boss treatment (which uses an IV drip) to $275 the 75-minute Game Face, to name just a few. It's also got a line of skincare tools ($22 and up), such as serums, training sticks, dermal rollers, mini yoga balls for the face, and more, all likely to be shoppable in-store.
FaceGym currently has two outposts in New York and six in the U.K. (including a recently-opened location in Notting Hill); stay tuned for more on the L.A. opening, and see below for a taste of their "it's not a facial, it's a workout" approach.
