Here's yet another holiday happening in West Hollywood to add to your festive event calendar — and it involves some serious savings on luxe gifts (whether for yourself or loved ones). Over 30 retailers, spas, and eateries are joining forces for Melrose Place After Hours' deal-filled soirée on Thursday, Dec. 12.
Happening from 6 to 8 p.m. on Melrose Place, Melrose Avenue, and surrounding side streets, the nighttime block party kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with a tree lighting by new co-working space The Allbright and Asian-influenced Cali restaurant Pacifique in front of Nordstrom Local. Throughout the evening, expect a live DJ and caroling by the West Hollywood Gay Men's Chorus, photos with Santa, and complimentary hot cider bar by Alfred Coffee.
As far as those one-night-only promos, participating luxury retailers include Marni (50% off select fall/winter '19 items), A.P.C. (40% off select fall/winter '19 items), Bldwn (25% off store-wide), Colette Jewelry (15% off store-wide), Frame (15% off store-wide and gift with purchase), Rebag and Jonathan Simkhai (10% off store-wide), and Cotton Citizen (10% off store-wide plus special holiday gift sets), to name just a few. Moon Juice, Mejuri, Isabel Marant, and Santa Maria Novella are also among businesses who'll be offering gifts with purchases as well as in-store bites and sips.
Need some mid-shopping pampering? Over at Violet Grey, pro artists will be creating holiday party makeup looks, and the store will be offering complimentary gift-wrapping for purchases, drinks by Landmark Vineyards and Kin Euphorics, and an artisanal bites by Lady & Larder. CryoCafe will be offering free Cryo facials at The Allbright, while Kate Somerville is treating guests to free express Dermal Quench facials as well as 20% off purchases and treatments booked during the event.
And last but not least, the event will close out with a raffle at 7:45 p.m. at Fig & Olive, where shoppers can enter to win one of three gift baskets valued between $750 and $2,500.
